There have been 24 posts on the first 3 stages of dealing with worry – awareness, knowledge, and liking. This is the last post in stage 3 (liking). Many suggestions have been offered. It’s time to gather the ones that make sense to you. Stage 4 will look at how to decide amongst the strategies you like.
What you pick depends on:
the worry itself: is it solvable, realistic, important, urgent, or trivial?
your attitudes about being productive and realistic,
your skills in problem solving,
your willingness to think and react differently, accept uncertainty and live in the moment, face your fears and learn to overcome them, and
your motivation to change.
Is there more at stake? Is this into opportunity for personal transformation such as described in
